He says there are enormous gaps and costs of living, post-pandemic; people are sorting their options based on rational calculations.Avlon: The reveal preference thing is exaggerated but real. There has been immigration into red states. It's not as blue as like the West Coast necessarily, but there is a factor there for sure.
