i'm a big believer that if you have an opportunity to create a memory, you take it. Our window on this earth is so short. The average american only lives to be 78, 80 years old. And as you get older, it's hard to create newness in your life. I can't believe i'm 50,. I'm 60, i'm 70. So you have to work hard on creating newness. When i was young, i slept on all these different couches, 18 different friends put me up couch to couch to couch when i was trying to make it in the music business. Then in myties and fifties, similar profiles appeared in my life
