The Power of Mentorship in Data Science
I think one of the common complaints about professionals and data is there aren't as clear career paths defined. So I know that when I set off to learn data engineering, I was immediately dismayed by the lack of resources or even just in a set of agreed upon skills you need to know to be a good data engineer. One of the things that I'm really interested in is the career ladder for both data analysts and analytics engineers. There has been some work done around career letters on this stuff. But that's a brand new concept that there actually is career progression and there's like well-defined roles and seniority and all that stuff.
