The Garden Tomb in Jerusalem

In the first century, both the Holy Sepulchre and the location where the garden tomb is would have been outside the city. This wasn't something that was known to early explorers in the 18th, 19th centuries. And this is one of the reasons that some of these early explorers came to Jerusalem and actually proposed the garden tomb.
