"i'm personally very goal oriented so i like goals," she says. "Most of what we do is very cross functional there are very few big initiatives that we're going to do that are only one function uh is going to be involved in fact it's hard to think of hardly any if you're launching a new product every functional organization is going to have a part of that and so we want to make sure we're addressing all of those cross functional components as they roll up into achieving those imperatives or the strategic initiatives", he adds.
