It's very rare for any of us today to know enough to be able to accomplish something of substance by ourself. So fundamentally, the trick for me is to really then say, okay, if it is an important component of work, how do we make that efficient? Just like we focused on efficiencies and all other aspects of work, are there certain things that we can learn from those people that manage collaboration more efficiently?"
