Are Teachers of the Year Playing Into That as Well?

An introverts might be as good or better at it than anybody. That's effective teaching. We live in a society that does not give enough credit and support to teaching, I mean, don't put it mildly. Every year is harder and harder to do our jobs and we're not compensated adequately even just financially. Good effective teachers aren't born; they're made laboriously like book by book class by class,. seminar by workshop by seminar reflection, you know, by syllabus and on and on.
