Sput Palm - It's Math, Is That What Makes It Funny?
I find the precision of sketch comedy to be really comforting in a way that I found improv to be unnerving in the long run. The timing of a joke is so specific and so kind of innate people that are funny that they have that. There's such form, I think, to a sketch comedy that you have to like really be familiar with and really know in order to break it. And there's a lot to be said for Sputting Palm in the places where you're not most comfortable.
