Thinking in English - Why I Left Japan

Japan was not the best place for me to do a full postgraduate degree. Delays due to pandemic and classes being almost completely online meant I didn't enjoy my first few months. Looking for a job in Japan proved challenging. Many of the jobs required a fluent level of Japanese, something that I don't know if I will ever have.
