How Much Do You Need Your Core Temperature to Rise?

The recommended heat adaptation protocol that professor Nubil recommends going through when preparing for a race in a hot climate. In terms of time it can be as little as seven to ten days with one hour per day of moderate intensity heat exposure exercise. There really isn't any guideline for how hot your room should be we talked about at least one degree Celsius core temperature higher than your normal response to training but that's not really useful unless you have a sensor so practically speaking the end result must simply be a significantly increased core temperature which you can measure by proxies like heart rate and sweat rate.
