I feel like sometimes you just got to change where you're studying. Go to a coffee shop, go to a park, go outside. Touch grass. Bring the grass inside. That grass and then that grass you touch once a day. Keep you keep you fresh. And I definitely read different places in my tiny little apartment. Even just changing the orientation of my chair. It's such a big thing. You can do. What about going low tech? Yes. Like people who say, I don't want to read on my phone or my tablet before bed because it keeps me awake. Go go low tech.
