In property world, there's unit markets, housing markets and different suburb markets. In the share market, same thing occurs, right? So we're only now starting to see even I think the last four or six months, the VAP fund has had like a 30% increase. Just because things are starting to get back to normal. And I just can't stress enough with our investing, with our life decisions and with the information that we are hearing. You just have to look under the hood of what the headline figures are and not make decisions based on fear, not make decisionsbased on greed.
