Grief Is Not So Big Deal Now
When my mom died i went through the grief process. The initial experience of grief is it's wild you know like sobbing fits just brokenheartedness but then yeah sure enough the grief starts dissipating or you know becomes more bearable softer and then i found myself grieving for the grief, says Jon Hallofax. "I think this is what we're talking about here is like like that that maybe the grief isn't really gone it's just inundated everything," he adds.
