After the forum was over, i kind of was listening to other people talking. It seemed like those small, independent conversations were a lot more productive and civil. Maybe the lesson is that the meeting should start at the end with everybody leaving y something like that. You can't have the end without having the the meeting first hit. Almost seems like this is how the sausage gets made, as just a necessary part of the process, perhaps.
