The main thing for me is it's not about the workouts. It's about what goes through you mentally during the workout. And regardless of what age you are, start appreciating that stuff. You got to respect your one life. So he's 200 pounds over weight, he's living his best life now. His joyment when he came out, i felt his energy. And i wish people would do that more.
