The Seven Things That Work for Me
Do not shame yourself, but recognize that you have perhaps gone into a different mood or state of mind. It's important to recognize what music and what mood you want to be in. If i find myself distracted or in states of mind that we would call reactive, my goal is to be very deeply present to this task at hand. Could be a set while working out the gym. Could be being really present to the environment when i go for a walk. Could be turning off all distract ons and engaging deeply in a conversation with somebody. These activities that bring me back into the presence seem to stimulate this mood in which i would call it ideal, or flow based, or one in harmony
