Coaching Tip #2 - Committing Openings

i want to let you hear some examples of metaphors. The first two are generic, adaptable to lots of different sit ations. It might be used when a team isn't playing very well together. And the final metaphor i want to share with you is what mark ended up saying to his group on that first day he was in front of the group. That's it. I think that's pretty compelling.
