A lot of the infrastructure stuff or Kubernetes pieces would come back to, you know, a team should want to give those up. What I offer in return is full control by a declarative configuration. They decide which version they push out and when and what flags they set. And for the large part, it is a sufficiently good incentive. Typically, the majority of hesitation comes from a perceived loss of control.
