The Different Types of Artificial Leather

Cultured leather is not artificial in any way. We start with a biopsy and gain some cells from the animal. There's a different cells than what Mark Post uses for meat. But we start with those cells, those cells produce in big quantities collagen. And one unique feature is that we can take other cells which are known to produce maybe better collagen,. depending on the applications we want to focus at.
