How to Predict the Probability of Human Behavior
There's a formula to help us predict the likelihood of these singular behaviors. Motivation is defined as how much we want to do a particular behavior. Ability is how easy or difficult something is to do, and a trigger must be present for any human behavior. Habits have this repeater effect: The more we do a specific behavior, the easier it becomes - that's called practice. And non-routine says that we become more likely to do something because we've done it before.
