Are the Pharisees in the Boat Worshipping God?

There's a bunch of discussion about tartius. We've never found, as far as i'm aware, we have not found evidence of a biblical, ancient city of tartius. It's mentioned in a lot of different literature, biblical and extra biblical, but we wrestled and know exactly what it is. In their mind, tartius a meant and symbolized paradise. And that's where the story sets up, which sets up my second problem with the story, which is that the whole story is backwards.
