The EEC's Response to the IRA

The IRA is creating a dynamism that is unprecedented in the West at least. But I think there's limits to subsidy you can give. If the EV market in the US really takes off very, very fast, this becomes a hugely expensive policy. It will attract a lot of investment and without getting too far down this track, what are you hearing about how the EEC is going to cope with this?
