The fund that was set up by the President, President Siyevsky, he has one called the United 24 and they've raised $287 million. There's a number of other celebrities that have become attached to the fund in one way or another so they raise money. And then you have others who are, as you mentioned, the oligarchs,. Some of the oligarchs were not very popular and were even seen some years ago as being kind of pro-Russian because they supported the party that former President Janakovic used to represent.
