How Did You Get to Where You Are Today?
I've been very fortunate over the years to work with thousands blind and visually impaired people. And I could tell so many anecdotes. But to go back to the start of this, I actually came to Purdue University for graduate school in what was called the chemical physics program. So I had some exposure to disabilities. My first wife who passed from cancer in the 2010s was a visually impaired and was a braille reader. It's interesting when you talk to people in this field, there are so many people that have a personal connection which drew them in to help people with disabilities.
