i've spent the last eight son and off crutches. And my job has taken me round the world. But i have recognized that, you know what, you can't always do things on your own. I think one of our big failings we're so busy doing, we don't always ask for help either. We just, we don’t always like to ask er. Yet it's so important, and we can achieve so much more often if, if we, if we do, most people want to help.
