The poem describes how gawayne's return to camelot is understood. When he arrives back at the court, happiness cannoned through the echoing halls. It says so he winds through the wilds of the world once more, gawaine on gringolit under a roof, sometimes and sometimes roughing it. And in valleys and vales, had adventures and victories, but time is too tight to tell where they went.
