Is the Bar Exam Still at Work?
In five years time, we will have seen at least several more US states undergoing a reregulation of their regimes for the regulation of legal services delivery. And I think we'll probably see that become more common in the next few years. But if you have enough jurisdictions that have no plans to do anything about it, then let's just go straight to the ABS system which is essentially a short-term pilot project. We'll next move on to another controversial topic. It seems nobody who's taking the bar exam test these days is happy about it. Jim Boulden: Does the bar exam still work? And if not, what could possibly replace it?
