Like a couple sticks of gum, you know, you can't beat your protein. For most people, obviously high volume training is different. But we see it a lot in weight class sports, particularly people who are actively trying to lose weight or lose body fat to be more competitive. Zeke: There's this interesting interplay in men who have very high training volumes, like in the CrossFit space, who are also very lean and train two or three times a day.
