The Stress of Indirect Off the Muscopy Exams

Ophthalmologists' exposure to ROP during residency is very variable. So do we want people who may not be well versed in indirect off the muscopy, spending a lot of time learning how to identify ROP? That's a challenge. But you have to do it in order to train the workforce. The Academy just got a really great, so a lot of funding from the Knights Templar Foundation to help in this space. And there are opportunities where they can have virtual training modules.
