Are Mandatory Returner Offices a Good Idea?
We want people to spend time together, but this is not about locking people in a room and saying, you must build bonds with each other. This is an important bed cause. We also recognize that people need time to recharge. Everybody's also different, and know ther limits. Sometimes you need to be like, that was a great luncheon learn that i went to, but now i've got to go work from my hotel for the afternoon because iam burnt out. And that's ok too.
