Are You Running Out of Gas in Your Gas Tank?
I think we're somewhere between acceptance and bitterness in terms of where the operators are right now, maybe even little denial. And I think that's reflecting itself. They're not helping themselves as they're running out of gas in their gas tank. It's actually working the wrong way. If you look at what your positions are, you're much better suited to negotiate with somebody with a full tank of gas or to raise money with a fulltank of gas. When you see over 200 companies having negative enterprise values out there, the market is saying, we don't want to invest in that. So that begs very important questions.
