Movie Review: Marguerite
There is part of me that wonders if the scene that we actually didn't need to see where we do in the movie is the rape seen from his perspective. And i think anything else that would have been shown there at that point would have been accepted as the truth. Ye, another thing too, that i was also thinking a lot about, an regard to loren mentioned before, marguerite being almost like a supporting character in the inciting incident of all this. I do appreciate that this movie does not sugar coat the fact that that is exactly how things were during this time. Like there are no moments of a whats wher i'm looking for here.
