Is There a Risk of Manufacturing Consensus?

I think there's still scope to explore possibility for shared responses, and that's really important. But i think there's less scope than perhaps what i suggest in the book. I think if you have a relatively homogeneous group, consensus is quite easy. If you have diversity, a the more diversity you have, the harder that kind of consensus is going to get. What is a risk of happening what you know, could very easily happen.
