Is a Standing Repe Facility Going to Make a Difference?
The market plumbing has been clogged up at times in the past couple of years. And so i think they want to be really sensitive to what impact they're having int one of the issues now is the size of the fence, morage back security holdings being such a big portion of the market. I'm pretty sure the standing repe facility should do the job - but yo, you always have to expect the unexpected.
