RTE's Lay-Strapping of Documents

Noel Kelly went to great lengths yesterday to pin the blame on RTE. He said it's an RTE scandal, it's not a right over the scandal. But leaving that aside, the first thing that happened yesterday was documents that were promised to the two committees,. never arrived on Monday and they were dumped at 8.30 yesterday morning. That in itself was extremely unhelpful for those two committees. Because particularly the Public Counts Committee which was meeting in the morning.
