A second round of Oath Keeper defendants is gonna go on trial on similar charges after this. The Supreme Court term just started today in which the new conservative super majority has put a case before themselves on something called the Independent State Legislature Doctrine. Is it effectively could give Republicans and state legislatures the power to do what Trump demanded that they do in 2020?
