How to Find the Resonant Frequencies of the Universe
Ceremony is designed to hold space. We bring you close to that capacity for listening to your own self, which is often called intuition and also the doorway into all information of the universe. So we do this through static slow movement of the body in sacred geometry positions. When you hold these different geometric positions, you can find the resonance that harmonizes with you. And so you can go through different quadrants of the environment around you tuning in to find what it feels like to find resonant frequencies around you.
