How to Overhear a Row
To overhear means to something comes to your attention that perhaps you shouldn't have heard. So it's not a deliberate act, but either the people behind you or besides you, don't know that you are connected. To have a row? Well, when we have a deep argument, yes, or some shouting, some screaming, some raised voices. Not the best way of communicating, because youhave so if fe're having a row, one person isn't listening to the other. I'm not so sure whether anything is achieved in the end.
