For founders, e like works really well. Usually they are public artifacts of their work that you can try. introspection is for, it's basically trying to insure that they can learn fast. And then the are they kind, is for, just like, ihave a real hard time with people who are not nice for lack of ro like, i i strug with as holes. If you want to build an organization where people can take risk, they have to know that they're not going to get shot at when things don't work out.
