The 30 Day Writing Challenge

i wanted a 30 day writing challenge where i would write either 500 words or for an hour a day, but not with a publishing deadline hanging over me. And i started to track my moods and also, like how the day went,. Like all the self judgment and the criticism, and then can't all like, oh my gosh, i could have kept going.
