The Complexity of the Microbes in Breast Milk

Bacteria were here long before humans, and so what's happened is we've co evolved. They're like our friends with benefits. So they've taken on some of the roles to help humans physiology be better. The complexity of sugars we have in breast milk is weigh more in humans than in any other mammal. Some of the beneficial effects that we see of breast feeding could perhaps be due to what's happening the level of the microbes.
