How Service Design Has Impacted My Projects
Service Design is the thing that makes you walk into the one, not the other. A lot of people are already doing bits and pieces of service design, just without having the actual vocabulary. Even manufacturers who we consider to be manufacturers are often delivering services. So I find it really fascinating that we still talk about products like digital products as product focus. You're not actually delivering a service.
