Customer success is helping customers achieve their goals one hundred percent. If you don't get that onboarding piece right it just leads to so many downstream issues and or what happens is you have almost like two different experiences right or three different experiences for the customer. Kevin: I think having those disconnected journeys is a lot of reasons why customers don't grow they don't realize value of the solutions our turn risks etc.
