If you're really stressed out, do 20 minutes of cardio before going into the office. Your ability to feel the force in your own firm is diminished if you're not feeling good. You don't wan to be overly intrusive in people's lives. A lot of people hav a lot of personal issues that they need to talk about with their team members and so on. And like athletes, you want m feel good every day. I think you at t more like flows sdate when people are feeling good. There's just a rhythm to howl that stuff is working. What you notice when we have a significant market drawdown or some other problem, is you'll notice the rhythm
