The Importance of Balance in Cooking

I do believe in balance as a Idea, right? There's certain things like pizza or a hamburger Balance right when you eat things collectively It's got texture. It's got sweet salty sour bitter rumen all of it right char from meat. When you're cooking for People wherever they may be I think what I always try to put into reference is who am I cooking for? Right, I'm not trying to profile them per se, but if I'm cooking for a bunch of cigarette smokers, right? Then yeah, you gotta you gotta increase the salt in the city so much if you're Cooking for people that I would say people in Los angeles have a more dulled palette
