Will Judge Ambrose Write a Bankruptcy Opinion?
Johnson and Johnson says it's going to challenge the ruling. The company can ask for an on bank hearing before the whole third circuit or try to go to the Supreme Court where it hasn't had much luck in the past. Judge Ambrose who wrote the decision is a very well respected jurist in the field of bankruptcy.
