M.E.V. is the profit privilege entity can extract or create by including excluding or reordering blocks, which makes the right toward these transactions in a specific block valuable. The interchange scheduler itself would create a marketplace for tokenized consumer consumer chain block space. And so any consumer chain that is taking its security from the cosmos hub, it would then have the ability to sell some of its block space in this marketplace.
