I get actually quite excited about novel care models that seek to create pools of shared savings that multiply. Because otherwise it is a little bit of a zero sum game in healthcare. The midterm elections are what is daring us in the face right now. And I think one of the things you see in Washington is when you have divided government, it's a lot harder to do big things.
