The Importance of Proper Sleep

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine has all the categories group by age of how much sleep children need. Make sure your child is getting the right amount of sleep and make sure that, you know, it's presented in a positive light,. always and be a good role model. And then I guess inspiring and motivating and hopefully the kids will catch on and it may be prioritized sleep a little better than we did in the last 50 years.
