Ray the Ujust: People are really resistant to things that you're forced to do. And we know, and folks don't have choice, that just feels really icky. They were very defensive, angry, resistant, putto put it mildlyand you could see it in the expressions on their faces. We were in zoom meetings, of course, but you could see the almost antagonism coming across.
